Balsmoseskolen seeks two skilled pedagogues for school and after-school care as of January 1, 2027.

We are looking for two skilled pedagogues who are passionate about creating developmental learning communities for children in both after-school care (SFO) and school.

Balsmoseskolen is growing from the bottom up, and we therefore need you from January 1st or as soon as possible.

Positions are full-time at 37 hours, and there is presence time within the hours 6:45 – 17:15.

• willing to work in close teamwork with the other staff at the school.
• have an appreciative approach in the pedagogical work with children, parents and colleagues.
• clear in your communication both in writing and verbally.
• can plan, organize and perform your work flexibly and independently with the core task in focus.
• independently able to manage and plan hours in the school part as well as the pedagogical activities in the SFO.
• stable and loyal.

You will collaborate with skilled pedagogues and teachers who wish to make an effort beyond the ordinary. Therefore you must be capable, willing to learn, listen, and be clear.

We are renovating and rebuilding our school, so you should expect that construction will be part of everyday life at the school in the coming years.
