Batch Planner

General information

Do you have experience with IT planning within Stonebranch UAC, and do you want to work with operations and development of critical IT solutions that support Denmark's financial infrastructure?

The position

As a Batch Planner, your primary responsibility is to plan, implement, and coordinate batch flows in collaboration with our customers. At the same time, you develop and quality-assure the environments, contribute to improvements in operations, and ensure a stable and secure delivery to our customers.

Your primary tasks

• Plan and follow up on daily operations on different platforms and with different customers
• Implement changes on customers' platforms and environments
• Participate in the development and maintenance of tools, processes, and automations
• Participate in project work to work towards an optimal solution
• Identify and implement optimizations of existing batch setups and processes
• Document solutions and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

You will become part of our Planning & Online Operation department, where well-being, collaboration and knowledge sharing are fundamental values. You

You have solid experience from a similar position and are used to navigating in complex IT environments with many stakeholders. You are engaged, work in a structured way, are technically well-founded and communicate clearly in both Danish and English. You contribute to creating momentum and are happy to share your knowledge with the team.

• Have experience with batch operations, job scheduling
• Have knowledge of Stonebranch UAC
• Understand cross-IT-architecture contexts and can translate them into stable solutions
• Have worked with project management and customer contact – and can create momentum
• Work in a structured way and document your solutions with a focus on operation, quality and maintenance
• Prioritize tasks, stay focused, and take responsibility for both team and results
