Hello, my name is Caja, and I am a recruitment consultant at Magasin. We are currently looking for a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder in Magasin. We are looking for you who can drive sales through targeted activities and initiatives that give customers an experience beyond the expected.

Estée Lauder was founded in 1946 by a young Hungarian woman who began developing her own creams. Her philosophy was simple: Beauty does not have to take long; it can be done in just three minutes.

As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder in Magasin at Kongens Nytorv on a full-time basis, you will be part of our larger beauty department, where we are passionate about both sales, service and the great customer experience.

We always put the customer at the center and ideally in the chair. When the customer has the opportunity to try the products and experience them on their own skin, the guidance becomes more personal, and together we can find the right match.

Your task is therefore not just to sell a product. You must inspire, advise and create an experience that the customer remembers and wants to return to.

Whether the customer is looking for a new day cream, the perfect eyeshadow or a gift for someone they care about, we meet them with presence, professionalism and a smile.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have experience with sales and service , preferably from the beauty industry.
• Maybe are trained as make-up artist, cosmetologist or similar .
• Have an interest in and preferably good knowledge of skincare and makeup .
• Love to pamper customers and help them find the perfect product at the right price.
• Are smiling, service-minded and proactive .
• Thrive with sales and are motivated by achieving good results.
• Can take responsibility for your own tasks, but at the same time see the value in being part of a team.

The most important for us is not necessarily that you can do everything from day one. We are looking for you who have the passion for beauty, the desire to learn and a natural focus on the customer.

The position as Beauty Advisor is 30–37 hours per week and follows Magasin's opening hours. You should expect to work every other weekend.
