Can you provide financial security to a portfolio of private customers that you will advise independently? Then you may be our new customer advisor for Galten – a department experiencing strong customer growth and which last year moved into new, modern premises. Here you will have ample opportunity to contribute with energy, drive and ideas – both when it comes to solutions for customers and to everyday life in the department!

The best of two worlds

You will have a daily life in a close, straightforward-sized department with a close relationship to the town’s customers and the local business, culture and leisure life in and around Galten. Here you become part of a team with a strong esprit de corps. We continuously spar with each other, share knowledge, cheer for each other when things go well, and step in if colleagues need support. For us, it is the department’s overall results that count.

As the department shares management with Ry, you will also be part of a larger professional and social community across the two departments. This contributes to flexibility in daily life, as we not only use each other actively for professional sparring, but also help each other when it’s busy or during holidays. You therefore get the best of two worlds.

We want to expand our team in Galten with you, who are strong in the private sector and can therefore independently advise private customers on everything from everyday finance and housing to pension and investments. As a starting point you will receive a full portfolio, but if you have a strong desire to work with some of the department’s many new customers, we can make room in the portfolio for this.

After 100 days you take responsibility for your tasks and feel at home in Sparekassen Kronjylland. This works particularly well because:

• You have gone through our tailor-made onboarding program, gained good insight into the department’s everyday life and participate in meetings and sparring. With your desire to create strong relationships and results, you take our concepts to heart and actively use them in your customer meetings and when meeting new customers.
• You are in full swing learning to know your customers. You are good at building strong relationships with them and thrive with the close customer contact when you give customers a good overview of their finances.
• Colleagues and customers have great trust in you and your professionalism. They have this, among other things, because you are already strong in the private area and have experience in advising different customer types and talking about dreams and plans with them.
• As a true team player you contribute to the team with your professionalism, experience and good ideas on how we can become even better together – also in interaction with Ry department. You are curious, ask questions and actively use the shared professional environment to develop yourself.

After a year you have become a strong sparring partner for colleagues and customers and contribute to our high customer satisfaction. This works especially because that:

• You advise and challenge your customers independently and have built solid relationships with them. You have earned the customers’ trust because you live up to the bank’s customer promises, have extensive professional insight and cover the customers’ finances from all angles.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority. You are proactive and available and willingly contact customers unprompted so they experience a high degree of speed, quality and attention. You also naturally involve the specialists attached to the department.
• You are proud of the Galten department and contribute to our visibility and good reputation – among other things by participating in customer-facing activities and by taking an interest in opportunities in our market area. You enjoy creating success together with others and actively contribute to the community and sparring both within the department and across Galten and Ry.
