Become a full-time security guard at Novo in Bagsværd and Hillerød

You will be stationed as a security guard on a construction site, so that is your most important task to ensure that everything is carried out safely and efficiently. We are looking for several part-time guards for an international environment with many different contractors, suppliers and partners, so everyday life can be both busy and fluctuating.

Are you ready to take on the challenge?

It is important for us that there is a match between what you want and what we are looking for, so you can look forward to the following tasks:

• Access control, including registration of visitors, employees, vehicles and deliveries
• Patrols, observation and monitoring of the area, as well as operation of CCTV, access controls and other security equipment
• Reporting of all incidents
• Coordination of vehicles, deliveries and heavy traffic
• Creating security through your presence and handling unforeseen situations
• Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for several part-time guards for Novo construction sites in Bagsværd and Hillerød, so much of the work will take place outdoors. We offer 120-hour contracts, with the possibility of more hours.

Shifts are 12 hours, but can vary depending on the client’s wishes and needs, and you must be prepared to work at changing times, including day, night and weekend shifts.

What are our expectations of you?

• You have completed AMU Basic Security Course
• You are service-minded and meet people at eye level
• You work independently, are able to create an overview and are happy to take the lead in unforeseen events
• You communicate clearly and speak and write Danish and English
• You have knowledge of IT as well as Microsoft programs
• You thrive in a changing environment and have a proactive approach to security
• You can recognise yourself in our Securitas values: honesty, vigilance and helpfulness
• You have a clean criminal record in accordance with the Security Industry Act

It is an advantage if you have a category B driving licence and your own car, as the location and the changing meeting times can make it challenging to use public transport.

Experience from construction sites, access control or similar security tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement.
