Become a full-time security guard at Novo in Kalundborg

You will be a fixed security guard on a construction site, so your main task is to ensure that everything takes place safely and efficiently. We are looking for several part-time guards for an international environment, with many different contractors, suppliers and partners, so daily life can be both busy and varied.

Are you ready to take on the challenge?

It is important to us that there is a match between what you want and what we are looking for, so you can look forward to the following tasks:

• Access control, including registration of visitors, employees, vehicles and deliveries
• Patrolling, observation and monitoring of the area, as well as operating CCTV, access controls and other security equipment
• Reporting of all incidents
• Coordination of both vehicles, deliveries and heavy traffic
• Creating a sense of security with your presence and handling of unforeseen situations
• Ad hoc tasks

You are Securitas’ face and the first thing our client’s customers meet.

We are seeking more part-time guards for the Novo construction site in Kalundborg, so the work will largely take place outdoors. We offer 100-hour contracts, with the possibility of more hours.

The shifts are 12 hours, but can vary depending on the client's wishes and needs, and you must be prepared to work at shifting times, including day, night and weekend shifts.

What are our expectations of you?

• You have completed AMU Basic Security Guard Course
• You are service-minded and meet people on eye level
• You work independently, are able to create an overview, and are happy to take control in unforeseen incidents
• You communicate clearly and speak and write Danish and English
• You have knowledge of IT as well as Microsoft programs
• You thrive in a changing environment and have a proactive approach to security
• You can recognize yourself in our Securitas values: honesty, vigilance and helpfulness
• You have a clean criminal record in accordance with the Act on Security Activities

It is an advantage if you have a category B driving license and your own car, as the location and the shifting meeting times can make it challenging to use public transport.

Experience from construction sites, access control or similar security tasks is an advantage but not a requirement.
