Are you a dedicated pedagogical assistant who wants to make a difference for children? We are currently looking for a new colleague for both the kindergarten and the nursery – who will be involved in the work we are actively undertaking.

A house in development – with room for your ideas

Trille-Tumle is a young children's house. We are still shaping the culture and pedagogical practice we want to be known for. With us you should not just fit into something that is already finished. You should want to help develop it.

We have ambitions, we have the will, and we know that we are not there yet. In return, you have the opportunity to have real influence and help shape your impact on everyday life, the community, and our professional development.

You will become part of a diverse staff group with 28 colleagues, who bring different experiences, competences and perspectives into the community. Common to all of us is that we have a lot of drive and a desire to develop.

The professional foundation

Our common pedagogical mantra is clear: "All children should experience being seen, heard, met and understood." It is not just words on a piece of paper. We are focused on creating a common pedagogical foundation and are therefore implementing NEST, where we:

• Are in the process of building a common pedagogical foundation with a focus on clear frameworks, common routines and a systematic approach to working with children in vulnerable positions.
• Actively work to translate our intentions into concrete actions, for example when we go to the playground, gather for a meal or participate in the children's play.
• Believe that children do the best they can. When something is difficult, we are curious about what the child is trying to tell us, and what we as adults can do differently. We are focused on the idea that pedagogy is not only something we do in planned activities. It lives in the relationships, in everyday small moments and in the choices we make together with the children.

Room for joint planning and a strong collegial culture

Good pedagogy develops in collaboration and requires time and sparring. Therefore we prioritise collaboration highly:

• Weekly staff meetings with space for reflection, planning and professional sparring.
• 28 engaged colleagues with different experiences and lots of drive.

Who are you?

You want to use both your professionalism and your personality in everyday life and are passionate about children's well-being, development and relationships.

You are curious about everyday practice, eager to use your body actively with the children, and contribute positively to the community you will become part of. Perhaps you have lots of experience from other day-care facilities or perhaps this is your first job in a day-care. The most important thing is that you want to develop yourself together with us.

Practical information

• The position is generally 37 hours per week.
• Employment from January 1, 2027 with the possibility of an earlier start.
• We are hiring for both the nursery and kindergarten – please indicate in your application if you are only applying for one of the two.
• Salary and terms of employment are determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. We will obtain child and criminal records certificates as well as references from previous employment in connection with the hiring.
