Become an appraisal specialist for the Horsens and Silkeborg area at Totalkredit

Are you based in the Horsens- or Silkeborg area, and are you motivated by assessing properties and delivering good results? Are you also flexible and outgoing, and do you want to give customers in the Totalkredit collaboration a good experience? Then you may be our new assessment specialist.

You will become part of the Valuation Unit Common Valuation in Totalkredit, which handles appraisal tasks across all financial institutions in the Totalkredit collaboration. We focus on the quality of our deliveries, the good customer experience, and the good collaboration with our partners in the financial institutions and among real estate agents.

Your most important tasks will

You will independently carry out assessments and valuations of many types of private properties. You also have good opportunities to plan your day yourself, and it is therefore important that you can solve the individual tasks on your own.

In the role you will also

• be in dialogue with customers, financial institutions in the Totalkredit collaboration, and real estate agents,
• contribute to a good customer experience through a structured, credible and service-oriented approach,
• work purposefully with our quantitative and qualitative targets,
• contribute to the good collaboration with our many stakeholders.

We imagine that you have a background where properties, economics, and customer dialogue go hand in hand. You are probably a real estate agent or have a financial background.

It is a prerequisite that you have a driver’s license and your own car available. It is also an advantage that you live in the Horsens or Silkeborg area, as your workday is based on a home office.
