Become a graduate in our Trustbuilder program

As a graduate at PwC you will go through our internal training program, called Trustbuilder. Here you will have the opportunity to combine your knowledge from your studies with practical experience and gain the tools that prepare you for the role as your clients' trusted adviser. At the same time you can look forward to following along with others in your cohort and getting to know them well, among other things through the many graduate events we arrange for you.

”We have a strong sense of community in the class, but also across, as there are many young people in graduate or trainee programs. We just have a lot of fun together,” says Peter, who is a PwC audit graduate.

Get the full picture of the auditing profession

Your first period will particularly consist of Trustbuilder courses, where you meet the other audit graduates at PwC Denmark. Thereafter, everyday work starts in your department, where you join on equal terms with your colleagues who are ready to welcome you.

We work in teams, and you can therefore look forward to joining different constellations and solving tasks for many different types of clients – depending on which department you start in, you may work with anything from international, publicly listed companies to smaller family-owned businesses and in public organizations

You may, among other things, work with

• accounting analysis
• inventory control
• audit of specific accounting items
• CSR and sustainability reporting.

”You get very close to clients, but not only in their finance department. You will for example also experience going out to the warehouse or in production. That gives a really good understanding of the business,” elaborates Amanda.
