The Nordjyske Mediehus is seeking a flexible Distribution Readiness based in Thisted or the Fjerritslev area .

About the job

As Distribution Readiness you are an indispensable piece in our night and morning network. You ensure that nordjyrders receive their newspapers, letters, magazines and parcels on time. The job is perfect for you who thrives on no two days are the same , and who enjoys an active role where you move out to where it is needed.

Your tasks

• Coverage during sick leave: Drive and secure fixed routes when colleagues are on sick leave.
• Drive spare routes: Be the fixed support that takes over on spare routes.
• Ad hoc tasks: Solve various tasks in the operation.

You will receive thorough training from experienced colleagues and close sparring with our operations managers.

Working hours & Work days

• Work days: 5 days a week – since we distribute 7 days a week, weekend availability is important.
• Start time: Work primarily takes place in the time window 03:00 – 11:00, but longer days may occur.

We are looking for you who

• Live in Thisted, Fjerritslev or the surrounding area and have good local knowledge and a strong sense of place.
• Can read and understand Danish addresses and house numbers.
• Are reliable, responsible and thrive on working independently at night and in all weather.
• Can communicate in Danish or English.

Transport & Car

• We are happy to provide a company car if needed, although it's a plus if you have your own car (with mileage allowance according to applicable rates).

Salary and collective agreement terms

• Employment: Secure framework under the 3F tender/Bud overenskomst – including pension, holiday pay, holiday days, etc.
• Salary: According to the 3F Budoverenskomst for the province – calculated wage based on 100% of working time
