At Jyskudlejning you get a central role where you ensure quality and order in our financial processes. We currently operate about 100 rental properties , and our sister company, Jysk Boliginvestering, facilitates the sale of detached homes to both private and professional real estate investors.

We can offer a versatile daily life with exciting challenges.

Your tasks will include

• Ongoing bookkeeping of income and expenses
• Bank reconciliations and keeping the accounts up to date
• Reconciliation of invoicing and follow-up on payments
• Handling of creditors and debtors – ensuring that everything is in balance
• Payroll submission and close collaboration with our controller
• Diverse administrative ad hoc tasks – no day is ever the same

We expect that you

• Have experience with bookkeeping and preferably knowledge of a common accounting program such as Uniconta, e-conomic, Dinero and similar
• Work independently, structured and have a sharp eye for detail
• Be service-minded and able to collaborate across the organization
• Have an interest in the real estate industry and can thrive in a dynamic daily life with many balls in the air
