Do you want to be our nationwide expert who travels out and solves the most complicated refrigeration technical challenges where normal troubleshooting stops?

We are looking for a professionally uncompromising and mobile specialist for our newly established E-team. You will be attached to our Technical Department, but your daily work will unfold in the field, where you function as the company's nationwide expert on electrification, electric systems and advanced fault diagnosis. Your role will be central in assisting our workshops and external partners on especially complex repairs, ensuring optimal utilization of our total resources.

The role and your working style

As a mobile technical specialist you will have a highly autonomous and flexible day-to-day. You will be equipped with a fully equipped service vehicle containing all necessary tools for advanced diagnostics and repair directly at the locations.

The position is nationwide, and your tasks are prioritized and managed centrally based on needs across the country. In this way you maintain your pure specialist role and you move out only when there is really a need for your deep expertise. You will be the vital link ensuring that valuable experiences from the most difficult cases are documented and returned directly to the organization.

Your primary tasks

You will take professional responsibility in the field, where your tasks among others will include:

• Nationwide assistance: Provide physical and qualified assistance at workshops and with partners on complex cases.
• Advanced fault finding: Diagnose difficult, periodic or recurring faults on electric refrigeration builds and complex systems.
• Complicated repairs: Perform demanding refrigeration technical repairs and assist during critical breakdowns.
• On-the-job training: Provide professional sparring and perform practical on-the-job training of local technicians while you solve the task.
• Documentation and feedback: Record faults, causes and solutions and provide feedback to the Technical Department, so your practical experiences can be translated into workshop instructions and future technical training.
