  • Contribute to the development of our new upcoming exercise area and participate in working groups on the future of the training department.

  • Has experience with project work.
  • Has professional depth and qualifications that are applicable in a holistic emergency services context.

As a person, we expect that you

  • Are solution- and goal-oriented, both independently and in teamwork, with a strong focus on quality and professionalism.
  • Can understand and communicate professional requirements in the collaborations you enter into.
  • Are calm and proactive in relations with both your internal team and external partners.
  • Can collaborate both upward and downward in the organization, drawing on your specialized knowledge and insights.
  • Are relationship-building and development-oriented.
