You land in a small workshop environment with about 10 colleagues, where the work is about machines and solutions for agriculture. Here the everyday life is about things that must be usable in practice - not just look nice on paper. The team works with both manufacturing, assembly, repair and service, so you get a broad everyday with hands deeply in the craft.

You work alternately on your own and together with a partner, depending on what the task requires. Some tasks require calm and precision, others require that two of you stand and get things properly assembled. Your daily life The day is about getting a handle on the topics, constructions and repairs that are ready. You read the task, assess the sequence and start with pre-work, adaptation, assembly or service. When something requires two people, you do it together with a colleague.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepares and machines workpieces
• Manufactures and assembles constructions
• Repairs and services machine parts
• Cuts, drills and fits to the task
• Works with constructions in steel

It is versatile work where you must be able to take initiative and think things through. And when something doesn’t add up, it’s better to speak up than to keep pushing alone.

We are looking for someone who can check off most of these We do not expect you to have done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a blacksmith or from a machine workshop
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the trade
• Can work both independently and with a partner
• Show up reliably and keep your promises
• Say something if something is not right

It is a plus if you have tried both manufacturing, assembly and repair. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily life where tasks change.
