You land at a larger workshop where the everyday life revolves around trucks, car carriers and trailers. Here there is both service, repair and build-up, so you get a role with metal, engineering and mechanics close to each other. The work takes place in Skjern and at customers when the task requires it. There is modern equipment around you, and you will become part of a team where the trade fills the everyday life.

The role suits you if you like to get something concrete done and not just stand with the same routine task all day. You will work with hydraulics, assembly and adjustment, and you must be able to take responsibility to get things done properly. A driver’s license must be in place, because some of the work takes place at customers' premises.

Everyday: Hydraulics, machine assembly and fieldwork

Your everyday In practice, the day shifts between pre-processing, processing and assembly. When hydraulics are involved in the task, you work with hoses, components and joints, and you must be able to make the details fit. In fieldwork, you go out and solve the task where the equipment stands.

You will among other things be working with

• Prepare and machine parts before assembly
• Work with hydraulics and machine assembly
• Solve assembly and fieldwork at customers’ premises
• Repair and build on trucks, car carriers and trailers
• Adapt constructions in steel according to the task

There must be room for a proper daily life, even when the task is troublesome. You must be able to take action, speak up if something doesn’t add up, and deliver work you can stand by.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a blacksmith
• Have a driving license
• Can work with hydraulics, assembly or machines
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say something if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have tried fieldwork before. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life with practical problem solving and solid craft.
