You will be part of a larger production company where we make special machines and process equipment for production. The work takes place both in the workshop and out in the field, so you will have a daily life with hands-on welding work. You work independently with your tasks, but you still land in an environment where there are people around you. Freedom with responsibility is part of the setup, and it requires that you can keep agreements and take action.

The role suits you if you want more than just repetitions at the same bench. You work with pre-processing, machining, constructions, assembly and montage. When something needs to be solved at the customer or on site, you are the one who drives out and gets it done properly.

Everyday: Special machines, assembly and fieldwork

Your daily life

You typically start with the pre-processing, where subjects must be prepared and machined before they can be assembled. Then you continue with constructions and assembly, depending on what the task requires. When fieldwork calls, you drive out yourself and solve the task on site.

You will among other things work with

• Machining and preparing parts before assembly
• Manufacturing and assembling constructions according to the task
• Installing solutions in the workshop and out in the field
• Working with special machines and process equipment
• Taking independent responsibility for your own tasks

When a montage requires a quick decision, you are expected to speak up and clarify the next step. It is freedom with responsibility in practice, not just a line in a posting.

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a welder
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and keep your appointments
• Are comfortable with both workshop work and field work
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with montage or construction work. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for a task and ensure it is completed safely.
