You will land in a workshop where builds for trucks, cranes and hoists occupy a lot of space. The team is mixed with blacksmiths, hydraulics people, cartwrights and electricians, so there are several trades around the same solution. The work is located in Hadsten, and daily life takes place close to the components that will be built, adapted and assembled. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

You work both independently and with a partner, depending on what the task requires. It is a job for someone who can take on the construction, but also speaks up if something doesn't fit. Here, quality is not decoration on the posting - it is the way the work must be delivered.

Everyday: Construction, assembly and workshop work

Your everyday When a task is ready, you start on fabrication, adjustment and assembly of the construction. You work according to the agreed solution, adjust as you go and say if something doesn't fit before the parts are assembled.

You will, among other things, work with

• Construction fabrication and assembly
• Fabricates and installs constructions according to drawings
• Cuts, drills and fits parts
• Works with constructions in black steel, stainless or aluminum
• Repairs and rebuilds according to the task

Quality lies in the small decisions throughout the day. Therefore it is important that you pause when something doesn't fit, rather than just moving on.

We are looking for you who can check off most things We do not expect you to have done it all before. But you should be able to see a task and take hold.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a blacksmith or with construction work
• Have at least 2 years of experience from a workshop or production
• Can work independently and with a partner
• Are stable and punctual
• Speak up if something doesn't fit

It is an advantage if you have experience with assemblies, repairs or custom manufacturing before. But the most important is that you like practical blacksmithing where things have to fit.
