As Operations Manager at Recover you will have a central role in daily operations - you will be responsible for creating structure, progress and quality in task execution and become a natural link between employees, customers and the organization.

You will work closely with competent and committed colleagues across Recover. Together we create good solutions for our customers and ensure that tasks are handled efficiently and professionally – from the first customer contact until the case is closed.

The role combines leadership, customer contact, operations and business understanding, and you get the opportunity to develop employees, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the ongoing development of the business.

Your background – experience can come from several places

We are not necessarily looking for someone who has many years of leadership experience. The most important is that you have gained your own experiences with leadership, and that you have drive, motivation and a desire to take responsibility and develop yourself in the role of Operations Manager.
