Børnehuset Espergærde seeks an experienced staff member for our nursery.

Do you want a workplace with the leader close to practice and good colleagues to spar with?

In Børnehuset Espergærdes vuggestue, we have 4 small rooms with 8 children and two permanent staff in each room. We also have two floaters permanently attached to the nursery.

Because the rooms are small, we work together across teams.

Here’s how we do it

To be able to divide the children into groups, so our activities as much as possible meet their developmental level

To have more sparring partners in daily life

So that more adults know the children and their families, as this creates security with familiar faces throughout the day.
