Brandbjerg Højskole seeks a cook, caterer or similar with nutrition-related education

Brandbjerg Højskole is an ambitious, large and diverse school with many parallel activities in both our conference center, short courses as well as our long courses. We expect that you

· Are trained as a chef, nutrition assistant, caterer or similar with experience from larger kitchens

· Have experience with vegetarian and vegan food production

· Have experience with a healthy and green food profile

• Takes responsibility and can work independently

The position consists of

· Plating and maintaining the morning buffet

· Preparing and plating the day’s hot/cold dishes

· Preparing the day’s selection of breads, cakes and snacks

· Instructing and supporting students during their kitchen shifts

· Participating in cleaning and self-inspection

· Presentation of meals in both Danish and English

The position is normed to 37 hours per week.

Good working hours according to the shift plan. Primarily weekdays 7–15. In addition, about 1 evening shift per week and weekend work approx. every 4 weeks.
