For a property company in Odense, new employees are sought for service work centrally in Odense.

Gardener

Maintenance of common areas around our properties. You don't need to be a gardener, but you must have relevant experience with, among other things, trimming hedges, mowing, pruning trees, and weed control.

Painter

Painting work in renovated rental units, painting stairs, smaller exterior repair work.

Carpenter

Fitting kitchens, Velux windows, drywall and ceilings. In addition you must be able to lay floors.

Mason

Renovation of bathrooms and kitchens. Repair of exterior walls and minor roof work.

Plumber

Service work in rental units, for example installations and repairs.

For all positions

• All work takes place centrally in Odense, where there is a meeting room in Odense.
• You must have your own car. Travel reimbursement is set according to the state rates for driving in your own car.
• Working hours are 08:00-16:00.
• You enjoy physical work and outdoor work for the positions where required.
• We are a somewhat older workforce and you can be employed on a part-time or reduced hours, possibly flex-job.

We are a family-owned property company that since 1992 has renovated and rented both residential leases

as well as commercial leases. We have 550 leases, where the properties are mainly in central Odense.
