We need a mason for new build and renovation in Balling Gårde.

You will land in a larger contracting company, where tasks range from commercial construction to residential building and agriculture. Sites are typically larger than small private service tasks, and masonry work is closely tied to the rest of the project. There is a lot of in-house production, so decisions are close to the people on site. Agreements with the customer must hold, and the construction management works according to fixed processes.

You will get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but not a job where you are left to yourself. Some days you work on the task alone, other days you work closely with a colleague. The role is a good match if you want to be treated as a mature professional and still have a team around you.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Everyday: New build, renovation and mixed colleague work

Your everyday You report to the agreed site and take on the sequence that has been laid out for the day. The work shifts between new builds and renovations, so you both build new and get existing masonry to perform again.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working on new builds at larger construction sites
• Renovating and repairing existing masonry
• Raising load-bearing exterior walls and partition walls
• Lay tiles and ceramic tiles where the task requires it

Freedom with responsibility means that you are allowed to make decisions in daily work when you know what needs to be done. If something isn’t right on site, you speak up in time so the agreements still hold.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a mason
• Have a driver's license
• Show up reliably and keep agreements
• Can work independently and together with a colleague
• Speak up if something isn’t right on site

It’s an advantage if you have experience with both new build and renovation. But the most important thing is that you take responsibility and deliver proper work.
