Bricklayer for new build in a small crafts company in Copenhagen

We are looking for a mason for new build in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.

You will join a small mason team, where the work covers both housing and commercial projects. The positions are located in Copenhagen and the surrounding area, so everyday life stays close to the city. New build is the steady focus, and the tasks require that you can take charge without having everything spelled out. You will have colleagues around you, but also room to handle defined tasks yourself.

This role is for you who want a clear everyday routine without too much frill. A company car is part of the package, the pay is concrete, and the framework is fixed. A driving license is a requirement.

What you get Salary: 123-344 DKK per hour

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term contracts.

Everyday: New build, solo and with a partner

Your daily routine The day is planned around the tasks that are ready on site. You start on the mason work in the agreed sequence, so the next trade can come in. When something requires two hands, you solve it with a partner, otherwise you have room to work independently.

You will among other things be working with

• Working on new builds for housing and commercial projects
• Mason outer walls and partition walls
• Carrying out foundation work
• Plastering and pointing brickwork
• Laying tiles and klinker

If something on the site doesn’t add up, you speak up in time. That makes everyday life easier for you, your partner, and those who come after you.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes We do not expect you to have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience as a mason
• Can work on new builds
• Can work both independently and with a partner
• Are reliable and show up as agreed

It is an advantage if you have experience with both housing and commercial projects. But the most important thing is that you show up reliably and deliver something you can stand by.
