About the job

Do you want to help create strong transitions between municipal health services and local sports communities – and make a difference to citizens' opportunities for an active everyday life?

Then you now have the opportunity to become part of the project " Trygt i gang ", where we work to create good transitions from municipal rehabilitation and rehabilitation pathways to local sports communities.

About the project

" Trygt igang " is a new bridge-building initiative that aims to make it easier for more citizens to become part of an active everyday life in a local sports community. The project is supported with 35.8 million DKK from the Nordes-foundation and is implemented over five years in a partnership between the Center for Team Sports and Health and 10 municipalities.

In Rudersdal Municipality, we will develop and implement five locally adapted bridge-building initiatives where the collaboration between municipal health services and local sports associations is central.

We are therefore seeking a professionally strong and engaged bridge-builder from 1 January 2027, who would like to help develop, coordinate and anchor the effort in close collaboration with colleagues and local partners.

About the job

You will be employed in Ambulatory Rehabilitation and Prevention ( AG&F ), which is part of the Center for Health and Training in Rudersdal Municipality.

We are based at both the Rehabilitation Center Teglporten in Birkerød and the Rehabilitation Center Skovbrynte in Holte, and you will have tasks at both sites.

As a bridge-builder you will play a central role in developing and implementing various bridge-building models as an integrated part of our rehabilitation and rehabilitation efforts.

You will work both with citizens and support your colleagues in working with bridge-building in their daily practice. At the same time you will be an important link to local sports associations and other partners, including our consultants from the culture department in Rudersdal Municipality and in the cross-municipal network in the project " Trygt igang ".

Part of the project also involves introducing and implementing tailored team sports as part of our existing training offerings in AG&F .

Your main tasks

  • Development and implementation of bridge-building initiatives in close collaboration with your colleagues, so that bridge-building becomes a natural part of the professional practice in AG&F.
  • Support your colleagues' work with bridge-building through professional sparring, knowledge sharing and practically oriented training.
  • Support the implementation of tailored team sports in existing training programs in collaboration with colleagues and the Center for Team Sports and Health.
  • Work with citizens on bridge-building, including identifying citizens' wishes, resources and barriers, guiding them to relevant activity offers and, if needed, accompanying citizens to local clubs.
  • Contribute to the project's coordination, documentation and evaluation, including collecting experiences and ongoing development of the effort.

You will be part of a project where we will test, learn and adjust along the way. Therefore, it is important that you both enjoy creating structure and finding solutions in collaboration with others.

About you

We imagine that you are trained physiotherapist with practical experience and have an interest in health promotion, rehabilitation and development of new health initiatives.

You can see the value in citizens' active lives continuing after a municipal training program, and you are motivated to make a difference in the transition to local communities.

We expect that you

  • Have good health-pedagogical and relational skills and can meet citizens with different needs and prerequisites.
  • Love working both with citizens and strategically.
  • Have interest in and preferably experience with implementation, development work and change processes.
  • Are good at creating collaborative relationships and bridging between different professional disciplines, organizations and people.
  • Can work independently, be structured and take responsibility for driving processes forward.
  • Are curious, proactive and thrive in trying out and developing new ways of working.
  • Are willing to share your knowledge and support colleagues in translating new methods into practice.

It is an advantage if you have experience with voluntary organizations or experience in creating transitions between municipal health services and civil society, but not a requirement.

We offer

  • An exciting and diverse position with great professional independence and the opportunity to shape the development of new bridge-building initiatives.
  • A central role in a larger development project with partners across municipalities, research and civil society.
  • An engaged cross-disciplinary environment with a focus on professionalism, learning and collaboration.
  • Professional sparring and opportunities for skills development.
  • Good working conditions and flexibility and a thorough introduction to the tasks.
