Building painter for facade maintenance and new construction in Copenhagen

Are you a construction painter and would you like a company car and fixed terms?

We need a construction painter for facades and new builds in Copenhagen.

You’ll join a small team where painting work is closely linked to both construction and maintenance. Tasks are located in Copenhagen and surrounding areas, and you will work with facades, new builds and the practical painting tasks that come with them. A company car is part of the package, so you don’t have to arrange a car yourself.

The role suits you if you can work steadily with both maintenance and new builds. You’ll get a simple task profile, permanent employment and a setup where the requirements are clear from the start.

What you get Salary: 160-180 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Copenhagen and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday: Facade maintenance, new builds and painting work

Your daily routine In one type of task you work on existing facades, where the substrate must be prepared before the paint can hold. In the other type of task it’s about new builds, where the painting work must fit into the sequence with the other trades.

Among other things, you will be working with

• Maintenance of facades with preparation, painting and finishing
• Painting on new builds, where the work must fit into the construction process
• Plastering and priming walls and ceilings
• Painting doors, windows and ceilings
• Installing glass cloth and wallpaper

When something doesn’t align with the substrate, it’s important that you say so before you continue painting. It saves trouble later and gives a result you can stand behind.

We’re looking for someone who can check off most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you should be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a construction painter, preferably from facade or new build
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Can take initiative without waiting for others to point to the next step
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with facade maintenance before. But the most important thing is that you can deliver proper painting work and attend as agreed.

Already in work? Then of course it should make sense to switch.
