Building painter for facade maintenance and service in Gilleleje

Do you want a company car from day 1, freedom with responsibility and good colleagues?

We are looking for a building painter for facade maintenance and service in Gilleleje.

You land in a larger painting department, where housing tasks, service and planned maintenance fill the day. The work is around Gilleleje, and you drive out to the tasks that have been agreed. There is both facade maintenance and renovation, so you do not get the same wall week after week. The atmosphere should be proper, and camaraderie is part of the package.

The role suits you who want responsibility without being left without help. You get a company car from day 1, and the freedom is used to make the day hang together in an adult way. When a service task changes along the way, you are expected to say so and make a proper agreement.

What you get Salary: 190-210 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Gilleleje and surroundings

Colleagues: About 285 employees

Union: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term roles.

Everyday: Facade maintenance, renovation and service

Your everyday

Day begins with the tasks that have already been agreed, and you assess the sequence yourself based on access, weather and what needs to be delivered first. You have the car with you, so you can move from service to renovation without waiting for others. On facades it is often about thorough preparation, repairs and paint that lasts, while service tasks require you to close things neatly.

You will among other things work with

• Maintenance of facades on housing tasks
• Carry out renovation from pre-work to finished surface
• Drive service and dampers when smaller tasks need to be closed
• Paint doors, windows and ceilings
• Install glass cloth and wallpaper after the task

When you finish a task, the customer must be able to see that it has been cleaned up and handed over properly. That is how service becomes a fixed customer, not just a quick fix.

We are looking for you who can check off most

You do not need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license, because you drive out to the tasks yourself
• Have experience as a building painter
• Can work independently and keep track of your agreements
• Show up reliably and say if something is off
• Speak properly with customers

It is an advantage if you have tried both facade, service and renovation. But the most important is that you deliver proper work and can take responsibility for your own day.
