Can you open doors to the labor market for young people who need an extra helping hand?

We are looking for a colleague who believes that all people have resources and potential that can be mobilized and who can create the connection between young people and local companies.

We believe that the path to work and education goes through participation in work communities and concrete experiences in a workplace.

As our new colleague in the Youth Team you will be a central part of the Ungeraising and the business-oriented IPS initiative. Your task will be to create job opportunities for young people between 15 and 29 years who are without work or education by building a bridge between the young people and the labor market.

Through strong relationships with companies you will find relevant job openings and support the young people on the path to lasting attachment to the labor market. At the same time you will ensure good matches where both the young person and the company experience value and success.

The young people we work with have very different prerequisites. Some lack experience or networks, while others face personal or psychological challenges. Common to them is the need for support, hope and belief in their own possibilities as well as an entry into a work community. Therefore we work according to the IPS method, where development, well-being and progression are created through an early connection to the labor market.

We are looking for you who are passionate about motivating young people who are far from the labor market or education. You believe that lasting results are created through strong relationships, trust and persistent effort, and you meet the young people with patience, professional curiosity and an affirming approach. You can work independently, take initiative and at the same time actively contribute to the community around you.

With your ability to maintain motivation and strengthen the belief that they can succeed, you help support the young people's path to work or education, even when development occurs through many small steps.

With us you become part of an engaged youth team consisting of four employees, where high professionalism, collaboration and knowledge sharing are in focus. We prioritize close sparring and thorough onboarding, so you get the best possible conditions to succeed in the role, just as there are good opportunities for both professional and personal development, including the possibility of IPS certification. Salary

Employment and remuneration take place according to applicable collective agreements in accordance with the Danish Association of Social Workers or HK and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy.

The starting salary for a full-time employed social worker is 33,491 DKK per month + pension. In addition, qualification pay is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.

The starting salary for a full-time employed HK employee is 34,061 DKK per month + pension. In addition, qualification pay is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.
