Work Supply is seeking on behalf of our client a Business Development Manager, who will play a central role in the company's growth journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and contributing to revenue generation and business growth. Primary responsibilities include market identification, customer meetings, meeting sales targets, reporting, development of business plans and adherence to agreements.

Required experience includes background in sales and/or marketing, strong communication skills in Danish and English, the ability to work independently, relationship-building and skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A clinical background and experience in selling to the public sector are highly valued.

About the job

• Identification and monitoring of market opportunities and creation of demand among customers.
• Planning and execution of FTF meetings with a focus on targeted customers.
• Ensuring achievement of the sales budget within one's own district or area of responsibility.
• Reporting the sales funnel to the Sales Director for Denmark and development of a growth-oriented business plan.

About you

• Solid experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent ability to establish relationships, both externally and internally.
• IT skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a clinical background in the healthcare sector with experience as a salesperson to the public sector would be a valuable qualification.
