About the job

As a store manager you will have the overall responsibility for the store's daily operations. Your tasks include:

• Thoroughly familiarize yourself with GEjSER's products and ensure a sublime customer experience every time
• Lead and motivate the staff
• Prepare schedules and monitor the budget
• Ensure that the store always appears inviting and ready for sale
• Monitor stock levels and sales figures

Your profile

You are outgoing, steady and enjoy taking the lead in daily operations. We imagine that you:

• Are service-minded and can put yourself in the customer's shoes
• Can guide customers so they make the right choice based on their wishes
• Have store experience - preferably from a similar leadership position
• Love selling and ensuring the complete customer experience
• Would preferably have knowledge of e-cigarettes and accessories - but this is not a requirement

Working hours

You must be able to work within the store's opening hours

• Monday-Friday: 10:00-20:00
• Saturday-Sunday: 10:00-16:00

There may be an extra 10 minutes before and after opening times in connection with opening and closing the store. You must also be prepared for the possibility of lending to other GEjSER stores, which will entail different working hours.
