Store Manager / Daily Operations Lead for Remix by Sofie - Start as Soon as Possible

About the job

Remix by Sofie is a small company with both a physical store and webshop. As store manager / daily responsible you will have a central role in daily operations and great freedom to plan and prioritize your own tasks.

When the store is open, the customers come first. You greet them well, advise on the products and ensure a good and personal experience.

In addition, you will be responsible for

• sales, guidance and customer service
• stock replenishment and presentation of goods
• receiving, unpacking and price tagging
• order and structure in the store, in the warehouse and in the back rooms
• picking, packing and preparation of webshop orders

Mondays and Wednesdays are primarily webshop days, where you start by handling incoming orders and then continue with the other tasks in the store.

Who are you?

Experience from retail is a requirement. You must be accustomed to customer contact, sales and the practical routines that come with working in a store.

We also emphasize that you

• have an eye for product presentation and an inviting store
• are service-minded and naturally good with customers
• thrive in a varied workday

You will be alone in the store for part of the time, and therefore you must be comfortable prioritizing the day's tasks yourself. You report to Sofie, who owns Remix by Sofie, but you have the freedom to make the day-to-day run smoothly.

Since a large part of the business operates online, an interest in webshop, IT and digital workflows is an advantage.

Working hours

Monday: 8:00–13:00

Wednesday: 8:00–13:00

Thursday: 8:00–17:30

Friday: 8:00–17:30

Saturday: 1–2 Saturdays per month

There are part-time employees attached to the store, who among other things take Saturday shifts and can provide some flexibility in daily life.
