Your role as store manager

As store manager at Sinnerup Kolding you will have full responsibility for the store and your team. You will be the driving force in creating an inspiring store where both employees and customers feel motivated and welcome. You thrive in a daily routine where you are visible on the shop floor, lead through trust and engagement - and ensure that the store always presents itself inviting and sales-ready.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Daily management, planning and motivating your team
• Responsible for budget, operations, payroll percentage and staffing
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and visual presentation
• Actively participate in sales and lead by example
• Collaborate closely with head office on campaigns and activities
• Develop and inspire your employees through coaching and feedback

We imagine that you

• Have solid leadership experience from the retail sector - preferably within lifestyle, home or fashion
• Are educated in commerce or retail and used to working with key figures and operations
• Are motivated by delivering results through your team and inspiring through presence
• Have a strong visual sense and flair for trends, design and aesthetics - and not least are a skilled salesperson
• Are engaged, responsible and thrive with freedom under responsibility
