We are a growth-oriented company with a large furniture showroom of almost 5,000 m², where we offer a wide selection of sofas, beds and furniture.

We are looking for a store manager who can take responsibility for the store's daily operations, motivate the staff and ensure that both sales, customer service and the in-store experience are top-notch.

You should not only lead the store – you should help develop it!

💼 About the job

As store manager at XL Møbler you will play a central role in the company's continued development.

You will be responsible for the store's daily operations and at the same time be an active part of the sales team.

Your main tasks will be

• Ensure a professional and efficient daily operation of the store.
• Lead, motivate and develop the store's staff.
• Be an active part of the sales and lead by example.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and a five-star shopping experience.
• Work purposefully with sales, turnover and the store's results.
• Follow up on sales results and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure that the store always presents as presentable, inspiring and ready for sale.
• Plan and coordinate employees' tasks and shift schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure professional follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with the company's management on development and optimization of the store.

You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the store's development and achieve results through both your own sales and your team.

Experience from the furniture industry is an advantage but not required. The most important thing is that you have the right leadership qualities, a strong sales profile and the desire to create results.
