Construction Manager for Renovation Contracts

We are seeking an experienced construction manager with good interpersonal qualities to complement our teams on the projects and ensure quality for the satisfaction of our customers. Hovedstadens Bygningsentreprise A/S works primarily with main contracts within the renovation area and has in-house production in the field of roof - windows and facade renovation. We place great emphasis on high professionalism and quality as well as adherence to budgets and deadlines.

Job

You will have a broad range of contacts and will communicate and coordinate with the project manager/project director, subcontractors, collaborators and your trades colleagues in production when you have your tasks on your projects.

You will be coached and trained by your competent colleagues toward the ultimate goal of the project.

This requires professional and business competence as well as analytical overview and a positive

attitude towards work combined with perseverance and a willingness to learn.

About you

We are seeking a craft-trained colleague who is likely also trained as a building constructor, and who can:

• work systematically, but also have many balls in the air
• ensure that tasks are delivered in high quality, on time and without defects
• plan and coordinate the projects, through good training
• positive mindset that makes you want to learn as much as possible

You have over a couple of years proven your value as a construction manager or similar and now want to learn even more.

In addition, it would be advantageous if you have knowledge of renovation tasks for social housing,

co-ops and owner associations, municipalities, etc.

• are naturally solution-oriented and take responsibility throughout the process
• will learn and gain strong competencies within financial construction tasks in in-house production, risk management, goal management and process optimization
• are good at communicating with colleagues in teams as well as with clients and residents
• project-oriented approach to all tasks
• are creative and have a solid approach to the craft
• will learn and gain the competencies needed to negotiate and collaborate with the client, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors
• have a driver's license, and speak, read and understand Danish.
