You will become part of a painting team of about 15 employees, with tasks ranging from facade maintenance to renovation and service. Customers are private, commercial, and concierge tasks, so you will have days with both short tasks and longer projects. The work is located in Fredericia and surroundings, and you alternate between driving yourself, working with a partner, and having an apprentice with you.

Freedom with responsibility is a real part of the role. You get a company car and space to plan the work properly, but you also need to be able to take responsibility for the agreements. A driving license is necessary because you drive out to the tasks yourself.

Everyday: Facade, renovation and service

Your everyday The day is planned according to the agreed tasks: some things need to be done quickly, others require several days on the same renovation. You use the company car to move between tasks and coordinate the sequence when you work alone. If you have an apprentice with you, you are the one who shows the task properly and tells if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, work with

• Maintaining facades on homes and commercial properties
• Painting on renovation tasks
• Handling spjæld and service tasks
• Working independently on smaller tasks
• Working with an apprentice on selected tasks

The freedom means you have room to plan the work properly. In return, you must be the type who speaks up in time and does not deliver something half-done.

We are looking for someone who can check off most things You don’t have to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a building painter
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently on service and spjæld
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with customers

It is an advantage if you have experience with facade maintenance and renovation. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for your day and deliver proper work.
