Pedagogical Assistant – International Day Nursery, Aarhus 37 hours per week | Start date: 15 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter

Your profile

We are looking for a person who thrives with working with small children, takes initiative and responsibility and values teamwork, open communication and reflection on their own practice. You should be flexible, able to work independently and be willing to collaborate with colleagues and parents from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Experience with working with small children is an advantage but not a requirement.

You will work across both groups, participating in daily routines, supporting children's play and development, and helping to plan and carry out activities suited to the children's age and needs

Salary and terms of employment

The employment is a helper position with an average weekly working time of 37 hours. You must be able to commence on 15 November. Interviews will be held in weeks 45 or 46.

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting takes place after negotiation with the recognized trade union based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement which can form the basis for salary determination.
