You will become part of a larger painting team, where tasks range from new build to renovation and maintenance. Customers are private, public and commercial, and the work takes place on construction sites where schedules and deadlines must hold. You typically work in pairs or teams, so you have people around you, but still responsibility for your own piece of work.

Everyday: New build, renovation and painting contracting

Your everyday On site you agree the sequence in the crew, so the painting work follows the schedule and the other trades can come in. Tasks switch between new build, renovation and maintenance, and you work with the painting work that belongs to the current contract.

You will, among other things, work with

• Painting new builds on larger construction sites
• Carrying out interior painting in homes and commercial properties
• Working with renovation and maintenance
• Treat ceilings, walls, floors and façades
• Ensuring finish and delivery according to the agreed plan
