We are looking for an engaged and professionally strong pedagogue for one of our nursery groups in an integrated children\'s house. Our house consists of a total of 3 nursery groups and 5 preschool groups. In connection with an ongoing extension, where our two current sites are merged under one roof, you will have a unique opportunity to actively contribute to both the physical framework and the development of a new shared culture.

In the blue room you will have colleagues who like to structure and organize the pedagogical work to make room for your spontaneous ideas. Regardless of your input, ideas and constructive feedback you will be met with the greatest support, listening and openness, so that we can together go a new way.

As a colleague in the nursery team you become part of working with a common theme that refers to the curriculum themes, but also based on the children's needs, interests and zone of proximal development. We have a strong focus on an evaluation culture as it is one of the ways to raise the quality of our professional work. With us you get one hour of preparation time, which you can schedule yourself whenever it suits you. The nursery team\'s pedagogue meetings are scheduled for one hour every other week.

There is also a staff meeting of one hour each week, as well as staff meetings about every 6 weeks in the period 17:00-20:00.

As part of our pedagogical curriculum we work with the care dimension, via a 10-year partnership with children\'s welfare. Please read more about this on our website, where you also find links to a few relevant videos.

We are passionate about

The nursery team is passionate about caring and close relational work. Our first priority is the children\'s start in the nursery. For when small children are secure, they thrive, and can therefore explore, develop, be curious and let their imagination run free. We are passionate about being able to equip and adjust so that the individual child can participate in social community. With us we work from small child communities both within the room and in the larger community across the three nursery groups and later bridging to the preschool.

Employment

The position is 35 - 37 hours per week with expected start 1 January 2027, or as soon as possible thereafter. We are happy to wait for the right person.
