Car driver for a project manager with a mobile office

JTI Gulventreprise A/S is looking for a driver who can keep the project manager going — and the project on track.

About the job

You will become the personal driver for one of our project managers, whose car is his office. The car is based in Bramming, and from here you drive out to construction sites, customers and meetings across the country. You don’t just have thousands of fellow travelers around you — you also have a project manager beside you who holds meetings, answers emails and prepares himself along the way.

Your role is not just to transport. You help create a calm working environment and an overview for a busy project manager, so the projects run as they should. In short: you are the project manager’s constant partner on the road.

Your tasks

● Transport the project manager to meetings, site inspections, construction sites and client visits

● Ensure a calm and professional workspace in the car, so work can be done during the journey

● Plan and optimize routes so that appointments are kept

● Assist with practical tasks related to meetings and visits

● Maintain and care for the car so it always presents well

● Take responsibility for small practical tasks along the way and report back if something changes

● Be flexible with working hours, as meetings and appointments can shift

We expect that you

● Have a valid driver's license for passenger cars (B)

● Are a confident and experienced driver

● Have a driving license with no endorsements

● Know Southern and Central Jutland and have a good sense of geography

● Thrive with longer drives and changing routes

● Like to have many balls in the air and stay calm in traffic

● Are reliable, punctual and service-minded

● Have respect for confidentiality — you come close to business-critical conversations
