Care assistants for the night team at Lindebjerg

At Botilbuddet Lindebjerg we are looking for engaged care assistants for our night team, with start on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible.

The positions are 30 hours per week, distributed as work/attendance every other week (seven days of work/attendance and seven days off). The working hours are from 22:45 to 07:00 in odd weeks.

Who are you We expect that you

• have relevant experience and/or an interest in the areas of disability and psychiatry
• are flexible, stable and loyal
• are professionally and personally responsible and know that your contribution has great significance in interaction with others
• can and will engage in the nightly care and assistance work around the residents
• show respect in meeting the individual resident and are aware that it is largely their wishes and needs that define your input
• can work alone and in collaboration with residents and colleagues
• can articulate yourself orally and in writing and preferably have knowledge of the documentation systems NEXUS/FSIII
• can remain calm and maintain an overview – even in challenging situations
• understand to put the resident at the center, think innovatively and put your reflections into play, to benefit the shared learning/development

Who are we We are a residential facility primarily for adults with physical and/or mental disability or a psychiatric disorder/vulnerability.

Common to all is that they need an individually tailored intervention/support – either compensatory or guidance/advocacy – in most aspects of life.

Lindebjerg has 64 apartments and is located in Aarup in Assens Municipality.

Salary and employment terms Salary and employment terms are governed by the applicable collective agreement and based on the principles of local pay formation.
