At Trollehøj Care Center we are currently looking for two social- and health care helpers who want to help create a safe, active and meaningful everyday life for our residents.

We have room for you, whether you thrive in the daylight shift or prefer the calm of the night shift.

We are currently seeking

• 1 social- and health care helper for a fixed day shift.
• 1 social- and health care helper for a temporary position on the night shift.

The positions are, in principle, 37 hours per week, but we are flexible.

You will work weekend shifts every 2 weeks (in even weeks), and we look forward to welcoming you on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About the job – close to the person and professional practice

Our residents are both younger and older with various physical and cognitive impairments. This means that your everyday life will be both varied and professionally challenging.

• make independent decisions based on the resident's current life situation.
• work rehabilitatively, so that the individual resident is supported in maintaining their own active life.
• translate your sharp observations into clear written documentation and dialogue with colleagues.

About Trollehøj Care Center

Trollehøj Care Center is located in scenic surroundings at the edge of the eastern district of Svendborg. It consists of three buildings, with 12 care apartments in each.

We are a multicultural workplace with about 50 employees spanning many different titles such as SSHs, SSAs, nurses, house assistants, trainees and much more

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically ranges from 33,914 to 43,119 DKK per month for full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special vacation pay and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special allowances. It is important to note that your specific salary is determined by your experience, seniority and competences and agreed upon in negotiation with the relevant trade organization.
