Caretaker wanted for Farumhus

We are looking for a skilled, practical and solution-oriented caretaker for our bakery chain on 30 - 37 hours per week.

Farumhus has 17 stores as well as production facilities, and you will therefore be an important part of ensuring that our stores, buildings and outdoor areas function and appear neat and well maintained.

You will have great freedom under responsibility and a varied workday where no two days are the same. You must enjoy solving both small practical challenges and larger tasks that require a bit more craftsmanship.

Your tasks will include

• Maintenance and repairs in our 17 stores (and production)
• Care and maintenance of outdoor areas
• Small and larger craft tasks
• Troubleshooting and solving practical problems
• Maintenance of furniture and buildings
• Supervision of - and simple fault finding - on technical installations such as electricity, water, heating and ventilation
• Contact with craftsmen and external partners when necessary
• Practical tasks in collaboration with our other employees
• Driving duties and transport between our different locations

We expect that you

• Have experience with craft, maintenance or similar
• Are practical and good at finding solutions
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are flexible, service-minded and approachable

It is a requirement that you have a valid driving license (B). We have car(s) available.

Working hours

The position is 30 - 37 hours per week.

The start time is flexible and to be agreed further. The working hours are generally within the stores' opening hours, which are 06:00 - 19:00.

Occasionally there may be a need to work outside these hours, for example in connection with urgent or unforeseen tasks.

Salary according to qualifications and experience.
