Barfoed Group is looking for a caretaker in Aalborg 5-10 hours per week

Do you have your hands properly turned on, and do you take pride in keeping green areas and our surroundings inviting and in good condition, then we may have the right position as a part-time caretaker for you.

The position is 5-10 hours per week. We would love to hear from you who may be retired, have a side job, or be in another situation where the number of hours suits you well.

The work will be at our properties in Aalborg and Nørresundby.

The job

You will be responsible for maintenance of green areas and other outdoor areas.

You are one of those whom our tenants will contact if they need help.

Some tasks you can handle yourself, and some tasks you will coordinate with the group’s crafts department or external contractors.

Your professional competencies

• There are no specific educational requirements.
• You may have relevant education or experience, but most importantly you take pride in keeping the areas neat and tidy.
• You can speak and understand Danish at a conversational level

Your personal competencies

• You are in good physical shape
• You take pride in our outdoor areas at our properties always being in good condition.
• You must have a positive attitude towards people, as there will also be contact with our residential and commercial tenants.

Job framework

The job is approx. 5-10 hours per week. Perhaps more hours can be agreed during the holiday season. The hours are agreed within normal working hours, which are

• Monday to Thursday 07.00-16.00
• Friday 07.00- 12.30

The salary follows the collective agreement with Krifa.
