Construction manager aspirant / landscaper with ambitions of leading own team

Malling Multiservice is seeking a skilled and responsible employee who, in time, has ambitions to lead their own team.

We are busy and want to strengthen the company with the right person. Therefore we are not necessarily looking for a finished construction manager. We are looking for you who have practical understanding, work ethic and the desire to take on more responsibility over time.

Your role

In the beginning you will work closely with us and be thoroughly introduced to our customers, quality requirements and workflows.

The work will primarily be within construction, paving, minor construction and renovation tasks, as well as operation and maintenance of outdoor areas . In the winter season winter service is also part of the company.

We envision that you

• Have practical experience from construction, building, paving or similar
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Have an eye for quality and a neat finished result
• Can collaborate with colleagues, trainees and customers
• Can keep an overview when there are several things in progress
• Have a Category B driver's license – preferably BE
• Have a desire to develop yourself professionally and in leadership

Work area: Primarily Skanderborg, South Aarhus, Odder and surroundings.

Salary: According to qualifications and responsibilities.
