You will be part of a larger carpentry company where renovation and maintenance occupy a large part of daily work. The work is on commercial projects, and the tasks range from planned renovations to dampers and service. There are in-house construction managers close to the projects, so schedules, workflow and sequencing are taken seriously.

You won't work alone all day, for the role is built around pair work and periods with an apprentice. It suits you if you want to take responsibility but still have people around you. Everyday: Renovation, service and buddy work

Your daily The day is organized around the tasks planned for the project. You agree the order with your partner or apprentice so the work flows and the next trades can come in. When dampers appear, it's about solving the small tasks properly and reporting back clearly.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Work on renovations on commercial projects
• Resolve dampers and service tasks
• Perform maintenance and smaller carpentry tasks
• Install windows, doors and interior building components
• Coordinate tasks with a teammate, apprentice and construction manager

If something is not right on site, you speak up in time. Agreements must hold, and customers must be able to sense that there is control over both the workmanship and delivery.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work closely with a teammate and an apprentice
• Are stable and arrive as agreed
• Speak up if something isn't right

It's advantageous if you have tried your hand at renovation, maintenance or dampers. But the most important is that you take responsibility and deliver proper work.
