You will join a larger construction company where several trades work under the same roof. The work ranges from new builds and renovations to carpentry and joinery tasks, so you’ll have a everyday life with breadth in the trade. There are also tasks with windows, doors, conversions and extensions, where finish and sequence matter. Agreements with customers must be clear from start to delivery.

The role suits you if you can roll up your sleeves and manage your own craftsmanship. You get a company car, and you become part of a setup where carpentry work often connects with other trades. When something changes on site, you speak up in time so the customer and the rest of the team know what’s going on.

Your daily life The day starts with the concrete construction task, whether it’s a new build, renovation or a conversion. You work according to the agreements made with the customer, and the sequence must make sense for the other trades on site. When the carpentry work connects with masonry, concrete or facade, it’s about ensuring a smooth transition to the next trade.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new builds from shell to finish
• Handling renovations and conversions in existing buildings
• Installing windows and doors to measurements
• Carpentry and joinery tasks with requirements for neat delivery
• Contributing to extensions and smaller building projects

It’s a daily life for you who would rather do craftsmanship properly than quickly and sloppily. If a task changes size during the process, you will report it so no one is guessing the next step.

We’re looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years’ experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver’s license
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Can work according to agreements and say if something doesn’t add up
• Speak politely with customers and colleagues on site

It’s a plus if you have experience with both new builds and renovations. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and deliver something you can stand behind.
