You will become part of a larger team, where carpentry work is connected with the rest of the construction process. The work involves residential construction, and you work in pairs or teams, depending on what the task requires. The tasks can range from smaller parts of the building to larger projects where several trades must work together. Here the emphasis is on clear craftsmanship, clear agreements, and that things are delivered properly.

The role suits you if you want steady work without being left alone with it all. You will get a company car, but you still end up in a setup where colleagues are close to the task. The agreements must be clear, and everyday life must work for both the team and the customer.

You get Salary: 180-250 NOK per hour

Trade agreement: Employed under applicable collective agreement

Everyday: Residential construction, team and new-build

Your everyday The day is planned in the team, so you know who takes which parts of the construction. You work according to the agreed sequence, so the other trades can come in. When something on the site changes, you speak up in time and have it resolved properly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Building new homes from raw construction to finished details
• Renovating and converting homes
• Working with roof work
• Installing windows and doors to measurements
• Insulating and sealing constructions correctly

The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work. That means pace and craftsmanship must go hand in hand with a workday that people actually want to have.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a carpenter
• Can work in pairs and teams
• Show up reliably and speak up if something doesn’t add up
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have tried your hand at new builds before. But the most important thing is that you can take on tasks and deliver something you can stand behind.
