Your everyday On new builds the day is about moving the construction forward safely so the next part of the work can follow. On renovation and roofing, the order of steps is important because old solutions rarely fit exactly with the plan. You use your experience to assess when something should be solved by yourself, and when the partner or the crew should help out.

You will, among other things, work with

• Building new in both residential and commercial
• Renovating and reconfiguring so the work fits the specific task
• Working with roofing from build-up to finished solution
• Installing windows and doors to measure
• Solving carpentry tasks together with a partner, crew or apprentice

There is freedom with responsibility, so you must be able to make decisions during the day and speak up if something doesn't add up. The social aspect also matters, so you don't land somewhere where everyone just keeps to themselves.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a carpenter
