Carpenter for roofing work and renovation in Ølgod

Are you a carpenter and would you like a company car and freedom under responsibility?

We lack a carpenter for roof, renovation and service in Ølgod.

You land in a small carpentry crew, where the tasks range from private homes to commercial properties. The work takes place in Ølgod and surrounding areas, and you switch between independent tasks, pair work, and days with an apprentice beside you. There is both new construction, renovation, service and roof work, so the role fits best for you who enjoy breadth in the trade. The team takes site safety seriously, and camaraderie is part of everyday life.

Freedom under responsibility here means that you can make decisions on site and speak up if something doesn’t add up. The company car is part of the package, and you are treated as a grown professional. This is not a job for someone who wants to hide, but for someone who wants responsibility without petty hassle.

What you get Salary: 190-210 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Ølgod and surroundings

Colleagues: About 5 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Roof, renovation, service and dampers

Your everyday

The day is planned according to the task you are on, and you agree the sequence with those you work with. On service and dampers there may be small tasks that need to be closed quickly, while roofing and renovation require a longer horizon. When you have a learner with you, you are also involved in steering the direction of the task.

You will among other things work with

• Work with new builds when there are new constructions on the program
• Handle renovations and conversions from rough carpentry to finish
• Take service and dampers, where the task must be completed properly the first time
• Work with roofing on residential and commercial properties
• Replace and repair doors and windows according to the building’s style

Safety is not something that is left until the end. If something isn’t safe on site, you speak up and get it fixed before the work continues.

We’re looking for you who can check off most of it

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and with a partner
• Can take responsibility for an apprentice on site
• Show up reliably and say when something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have experience with roof, renovation and service. But the most important is that you take responsibility for what you deliver.

Already in a job?

Then of course it should make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with a non-committal chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the pay and daily life before you decide anything. And yes, it happens discreetly.

If this sounds like something for you, you can start in 2 weeks.
