Carpenter for roofing work and renovation in Vilsted

Are you a carpenter and do you want a company car, freedom under responsibility and stable work?

We are looking for a carpenter for roof work, new builds and renovation in Vilsted.

You will join a larger carpentry team with around 20 employees, where the tasks span a wide range. The work covers both private homes and commercial properties, and there are projects with new builds, renovations, roof work and extensions. Some projects take the team from start to finish, while others are more strictly carpentry tasks.

You switch between driving yourself and working with a buddy, depending on the task. Freedom under responsibility is part of the setup, so you have room to plan, but you are not alone when something needs to be discussed. The company car is included in the package, and a driver's license is required because you drive out to the assignments.

What you get Salary: DKK 190-230 per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Vilsted and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 20 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent position - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term stints.

Daily work: Roof work, new builds and renovations

Your daily life Each case starts with getting the sequence right, whether it’s roofing, new builds or renovations. You keep an eye on what needs to be done first, and make arrangements with your partner when the task requires two people. The most important thing is that the work is delivered properly and that you speak up if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new builds for private and commercial projects
• Renovating existing buildings from rough carpentry to finished solutions
• Handling roof work on smaller and larger projects
• Installing windows and doors to measurements
• Building terraces, sheds or smaller constructions when the tasks require it

This is a daily life for you if you like to roll up your sleeves and get things finished before moving on. If something changes along the way, you talk to your partner or report it before it becomes a hassle.

We’re looking for someone who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your commitments
• Are comfortable with both renovation, new builds and roof work
• Show up reliably and speak up if something doesn’t sound right

It’s advantageous if you’ve tried a bit of it all before. But the most important thing is that you know your trade and want a daily life with freedom under responsibility.
