You land in a larger carpentry team where service, renovation and new construction fill the everyday. The customers are mainly businesses, housing associations and public institutions, so you work within frameworks where agreements and schedules must hold. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

You switch between driving yourself and working with a partner, depending on the task. The company car is part of the package, and you get enough responsibility to use your experience properly. This is a job for you who like varied work and would like a bit of challenge in everyday life.

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Service, dampers and mixed partnership

Your everyday The day revolves around service and dampers, where you use your experience to close the task properly. Some days are quick repairs, other days are smaller renovations, windows or adjustments where the solution must be thought through.

You will among other things work with

• Solves dampers and service for commercial customers
• Works with renovation and conversion
• Replaces windows and doors in larger and smaller tasks
• Undertakes smaller new builds and adaptations when the task requires it
• Coordinates with a partner or colleague when the task is larger

When something doesn’t add up, you are expected to speak up in time. Here it is better to talk through the solution than to deliver something half-done.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We expect you to

• Have at least 7 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently on service tasks
• Are reliable and keep your appointments
• Speak properly with customers and partners

It is an advantage if you have experience with service, dampers, commercial tasks or window replacements. But the most important is that you can take responsibility and use your experience in daily life.
